We had a wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel. The staff welcomed us warmly and took great care of us throughout our visit. They even arranged a poolside candlelight dinner which was absolutely fantastic. The food was delicious and the service was top-notch. The view from our balcony was breathtaking and the atmosphere of the resort was soothing. The breakfast buffet was also very satisfying. We were especially impressed with the ayurvedic spa, where the therapist and doctor were calm and knowledgeable. The full body massage with steam was the highlight of our trip. we were extremely pleased with the hospitality and services provided by this hotel.

We recently had a romantic escape and it was amazing! The views from the balcony were breathtaking and we loved spending time at the pool. The resort was well maintained, and the atmosphere was great. Our room was lovely and had all the amenities we needed, including a comfortable bed. We also enjoyed the buffet dinner which had a good variety of yummy food.

Some of the staff could use some improvement in customer service. We were disappointed to find out that there was no wifi or TV in our room, which was a bit inconvenient.

We also had an unforgettable Ayurvedic spa experience where the doctor and the spa therapists were very knowledgeable and professional. The breakfast provided was a grand buffet and the staff were very polite and helpful.

The resort has a nice atmosphere which is well maintained. the view from the balcony is amazing. Kids can enjoy the pool. the Ayurvedic spa is good. Some of the staffs are polite and cooperative.

The front desk staff needs to improve their behavior and attitude towards the customers.

The hotel's location and view were amazing. the pool was refreshing and clean. I also enjoyed the bouffe breakfast provided at the hotel.

The front desk staff was not very helpful and the communication about amenities such as wi-fi and TV was lacking. the buffet dinner had limited options.
